Do Yellow Rack track and wall mounts have a warranty?
Yes! Yellow Rack track mount and wall mount racks have an unconditional warranty. Our racks our built to withstand the rigors of a loading dock environment, but occasionally a rack will break due to a forklift hit or similar incident. Yellow Rack offers a one-time replacement for a rack if it breaks. You simply notify us of the break and include pictures. We will replace the rack for the price of shipping to you.
Will one rack hold my load bars or do I need to use two racks?
One rack, mounted about chest high is sufficient to hold a full rack of load bars, jack bars, load locks or deck beams. There may be small lateral creep on rough roads, but very minimal. Some people prefer to use two racks, the second mounted lower on the wall, to keep the racks perfectly straight. Two racks are not necessary for other but personal preference.
At my facility, do I attach my Yellow Racks to e-track or mount them directly to the wall?
You can do either! Some clients prefer to attach e-track pieces (available on our website) to the wall and mount a track mount to the track for versatility if they need the rack in a truck or elsewhere. The Wall Mount version is designed to attach directly to the wall and includes hardware that works on multiple surfaces. Some pre-drilling is necessary. We also make custom mounts for your business as we have done for Amazon fulfillment centers.
Do I need a linchpin on my Yellow Rack?
The Yellow Rack is designed with a self-locking mechanism that will not come loose when loaded. Nonetheless, some users mount their Yellow Racks in open trailers to carry various construction or landscaping equipment and prefer an added protection. We began offering the linchpin option at the request of those users.
Do I need inserts for my Yellow Racks?
Yellow Rack was designed to hold rectangular shoring beams or deck beams. Its design allows it to store smaller load locks and jack bars as well. Each bay can hold two round or square jack bars/load bars, but for those wanting a tighter fit, we developed the insert for the bays that will hold the bar tight. You can order as many inserts for your rack as you need.
I lost my rod. Can I get a replacement?
Yes, we provide replacement rods for all our Yellow Rack sizes. Just look under Accessories and you can select what size you need.
